- We offer free delivery nationwide across Pakistan.
- Nationwide orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
- International orders are usually delivered within 6–10 working days.
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Exchange Policy
We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with:
- Damage
- A hole or tear
- Colour fading
- Any manufacturing defect
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and share your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue. Claims submitted after seven days may not be accepted. Exchanges are subject to verification and product availability.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Only exchanges for damaged, defective, colour-faded, or incorrect items are accepted after verification.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Products damaged through use, washing, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for exchange.
